The Loyalty Card Scheme
Coastal Town Centre Management, part of Canterbury City Council, launched the BAY and WHIT Loyalty Card Scheme in 2009 to encourage the local community and visitors to the towns to use Herne Bay and Whitstable businesses.
We have over 300 Businesses currently taking part in the scheme, with new businesses joining weekly. Businesses are reporting an increase in sales due to the Loyalty Card Scheme, with customers regularly visiting to receive promotional offer or discount.
Also you can use your WHIT Card in Herne bay and your BAY Card in Whitstable.
Loyalty Card Holders
The BAY or WHIT Cards will save you money and also help support the local businesses in Herne Bay and Whitstable.
The Loyalty cards are FREE to residents and visitors to the towns. We don’t need any personal information, you don't have to sign anything, just start using it. The BAY and WHIT Cards are available in key locations, including the Council Offices, Herne Bay and Whitstable Libraries and businesses throughout both towns.
Loyalty Card Businesses
There is no cost to be part of the BAY or WHIT Card scheme, all we ask is that businesses offer card holders a discount/promotional offer, when they use their Loyalty Card at your business.
If you are a business and would like to take part in the Loyalty Card scheme you can sign up for FREE on this site, under the Traders Section.
Once businesses have signed up they will be given sign in details so that they can change their information and offers at any time, by signing in using the sign in section of the website.
