The Loyalty Card
Coastal Town Centre Management, part of Canterbury City Council, launched the BAY and WHIT Loyalty Card Scheme in 2009 to encourage the local community and visitors to use Herne Bay and Whitstable businesses.
There are currently over 300 Businesses taking part in the scheme, with new businesses joining regularly. The BAY/WHIT Card will save you money and also help support the local businesses in Herne Bay and Whitstable.
The Loyalty Cards are FREE to residents and visitors to the towns and anyone can have one! We don’t need any personal information, you don't have to sign anything, just start using it.
The BAY/WHIT Cards are available in key locations, including Herne Bay Council Office, Herne Bay and Whitstable Libraries and businesses throughout both towns.
Loyalty Card Businesses
There is no cost to be part of the BAY/WHIT Card scheme, all we ask is that businesses offer card holders a discount/promotional offer, when they use their Loyalty Card at your business.
If you are a business and would like to take part in the Loyalty Card scheme you can sign up for FREE on this site.
Once businesses have signed up they will be given sign in details so that they can change their information and offers at any time.
Businesses are reporting an increase in sales due to the Loyalty Card Scheme, with customers regularly visiting to receive an offer or discount.
